"I am a senior and was a good sleeper until about 3 months ago. For some reason, I started having trouble sleeping and along with this problem had a type of restless leg syndrome. Combien de temps un pot doit-il durer ?
Un pot de 250 g fournit 25 portions et devrait durer entre 3 et 4 semaines, en supposant une dose de 1 cuillère par jour.
