Zenbev® Banana Ice Cream

This fun take on ice cream simply uses frozen bananas and milk to create a thick, soft serve like texture and feel like ice cream. Combined with Chocolate Zenbev®, this is the perfect treat or even breakfast to get your Zenbev® in!

Serves 1 (easily multiplied)
Ingredients:
2 large frozen bananas
½ cup milk of choice (cow, almond, soy, rice etc.)
2 scoops Chocolate Zenbev®

  1. Add the frozen bananas and milk to a high-powered blender.
  2. Blend the bananas and milk on high while pushing the bananas down with a tamper stick. If you do not have a tamper stick, you could use a wooden spoon to push down the bananas. Keep tampering until the bananas are fully blended, smooth and creamy. The mixture should look like frozen yogurt or soft serve ice cream.
  3. Once the bananas are fully blended, add the Zenbev® and blend once more, just until the powder is fully incorporated. Alternatively, you can use a spoon and simply stir the Zenbev® into the banana ice cream. Serve immediately
