Chocolate Chia Seed Pudding

This superfood treat is so easy to make and packed with fiber, plant-based protein and tons of nutritional benefits! It’s the perfect healthy breakfast, snack or dessert and is great to take on the go.
You’ll Only Need:
▪️1 Mason Jar (a container works too)
▪️2 tbsps. Chia Seeds
▪️1/2 cup of Milk or Milk Alternative
▪️2 Scoops of Chocolate Zenbev
▪️1-2 Scoops of Yogurt (not required but creates a creamy consistency)
1. Combine milk, Chia seeds, chocolate Zenbev, and yogurt in a jar. Whisk well to ensure there are no clumps. Cover and place in the fridge overnight or until a pudding texture is formed.
2. Add your favourite fruit, granola, or other topping and enjoy this healthy and well-balanced treat!
