Peanut Butter and Jelly Smoothie

What better way to get the fuel your body needs to rebuild than our Peanut Butter and Jelly Smoothie!

This high-powered post-workout drink is bursting with peanut butter and mixed berry flavours. This smoothie is also paired with chocolate Zenbev- made of our high quality pumpkin seed flour formulation- to give you an extra boost of protein. You’ll feel calm and anxiety-free in no time.

Get ready for your workouts with this classic recipe!

✅ What you’ll need:

▪ 1 cup mixed frozen berries
▪ 1–2 tablespoons peanut butter of your choice
▪ 1 scoop/1tablespoon of chocolate Zenbev

▪ 2 tablespoons of rolled oats

▪ 1 cup of milk or plant-based milk of your choosing

▪ ½ tbsp of Chia Seeds and Hemp Seeds (for topping)

️ Here we are using half almond milk and half oat-milk for the liquid, as well as half a cup of mangoes and strawberries.

✅ Directions:

▪Place all ingredients in the blender and mix until smooth.
▪ Top with additional fruit and seeds of your choosing
