Zenbev Fruit Tart

Check out our healthy and tasty Zenbev Fruit Tart – a great way to incorporate your preferred flavour of Zenbev in to your diet! Make one large tart or smaller bite sized treats and decorate with your favourite fruits/toppings.

✅ What you’ll need:

️ Crust
▪1/2 cup (125 ml) butter, softened
▪1/4 cup (50 ml) packed brown sugar
▪1 cup (250 ml) all purpose flour
▪1/4 cup (50 ml) rolled oats
▪1/4 cup (50 ml) ground almonds

️ Filling
▪1 can (300 ml) sweetened, condensed milk
▪1/4 cup (50ml) Lemon or Chocolate Zenbev Drink Mix
▪1/2 cup (125 ml) plain, low fat yogurt

️ Topping
▪ Assorted, cut up fresh fruit of your choosing. Here we used mango, kiwi, blood orange, blueberries, raspberries and star fruit.

✅ Directions:

▪Preheat oven to 375° F (190°C). In medium mixing bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk and yogurt. Depending on which flavour you’re making, blend in Lemon or Chocolate Zenbev.
▪Mix well. Chill while proceeding to the crust stage. Filling will thicken in the fridge.
▪In a large mixing bowl, beat butter and sugar until fluffy.
▪Add flour, oats and ground almonds. Mix until combined.
▪On lightly greased pan or baking sheet, press dough into a 12 inch ( or two 6 inch) circles, forming a rim around the edge. Prick with a fork. Bake 10-12 minutes until lightly browned. Cool.
▪ Prepare fruit.
▪Pour filling evenly over prepared crust and spread right up to the rim. Arrange fruit on top.
▪Chill before serving!
