Zenbev Fruit Smoothie
- Start with a cup of cut-up, peeled, soft fruit, fresh or frozen — berries, banana, melon, peach, citrus.
- Add 2 scoops of Zenbev powder,
- 1 tsp. fresh-squeezed lemon juice and a couple of ice cubes. (Omit the ice cubes if you’re using frozen fruit.)
- Puree in the blender and sweeten to taste with sugar, honey, maple syrup or agave nectar.
- Thin with apple juice to the texture you like or thicken with plain, non-fat yoghurt.
Almost makes a meal!
