1. Start with a cup of cut-up, peeled, soft fruit, fresh or frozen — berries, banana, melon, peach, citrus.
  2. Add 2 scoops of Zenbev powder,
  3. 1 tsp. fresh-squeezed lemon juice and a couple of ice cubes. (Omit the ice cubes if you’re using frozen fruit.)
  4. Puree in the blender and sweeten to taste with sugar, honey, maple syrup or agave nectar.
  5. Thin with apple juice to the texture you like or thicken with plain, non-fat yoghurt.

Almost makes a meal!
