Zenbev’s Guacamole Recipe

What could be more Zen than relaxing with a delicious bowl of fresh Guacamole?

Guacamole is delicious as a dip or spread, indoors or al fresco, and simple to make! We’ve added our own dash of Lemon Zenbev to help jump-start your natural serotonin boost. Or make this your perfect bedtime snack aiding Zenbev’s natural ingredients to enhance natural melatonin production. 💚

What You’ll Need

– 4-5 ripe avocados
– 2 scallions, finely chopped
– 1 clove of garlic, minced
– ½ tsp sea salt
– 1 tbsp lemon juice
– 3 tbsps Lemon Zenbev Drink Mix
– Cilantro, fresh and chopped or 2 tsps dried

Directions

1.Chop scallions finely and pour lemon juice over them. Set aside for 30 minutes. This reduces the bitterness of the onions.

2.Meanwhile, peel avocados and mash in a separate bowl. Make the consistency chunky or smooth depending on your preference.

3.Stir in Zenbev Drink Mix. Stir in garlic, sea salt and cilantro.

4.Add scallions and lemon juice all at once. Combine. Garnish and chill. Serve with fresh bread, crackers or tortilla chips.

Pro tip: If you anticipate having leftovers, keep one of the avocado pits and set aside. When it’s time to wrap and put in the fridge, place the pit in the middle of the remaining Guacamole and press down until it’s almost covered. This will prevent what’s left from going brown so you can enjoy again tomorrow.
