Our Commitment to You
We value all our customers and want you to be completely satisfied with our products. While we believe fully in the science behind Zenbev and the studies that back up our formulation, we know that at times, it’s not for everyone. That is why we have made the following commitment to our customers – a guarantee that if you are unhappy with your products within the first 30 days of receiving them, we will refund them in full, at no added cost to you.
Instructions around Initiating a Return
1. Before a return can be processed, you must notify a Customer Care Representative at firstname.lastname@example.org, in order to qualify for a refund and to receive return shipping instructions.
2. We ask that you try Zenbev for two weeks before determining that it does not work for you. Some people notice results right away. For others, it can take two to three weeks to stimulate natural melatonin production again and may, therefore, take a little longer than expected.
3. Returns to Biosential will receive a full refund. We do not refund original shipping costs with the return but also, we do not charge a re-stocking fee for reasonable returns.
4. Please allow fourteen (14) business days from the date you ship the package back to Biosential for us to receive the package and complete the returns process. The product must be in its original packaging. You will receive an email confirming the product has been returned successfully and once approved, a refund receipt will be emailed to you.
5. Returns received after 30 days may not be processed and will be returned to you at your cost.
