Zenbev® Banana Ice Cream
This fun take on ice cream simply uses frozen bananas and milk to create a thick, soft serve like texture and feel like ice cream. Combined with Chocolate Zenbev®, this is the perfect treat or even breakfast to get your Zenbev® in!
Serves 1 (easily multiplied)
2 large frozen bananas
½ cup milk of choice (cow, almond, soy, rice etc.)
2 scoops Chocolate Zenbev®
- Add the frozen bananas and milk to a high-powered blender.
- Blend the bananas and milk on high while pushing the bananas down with a tamper stick. If you do not have a tamper stick, you could use a wooden spoon to push down the bananas. Keep tampering until the bananas are fully blended, smooth and creamy. The mixture should look like frozen yogurt or soft serve ice cream.
- Once the bananas are fully blended, add the Zenbev® and blend once more, just until the powder is fully incorporated. Alternatively, you can use a spoon and simply stir the Zenbev® into the banana ice cream. Serve immediately
